-The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping charges back to us! NO EXCEPTIONS. If you do not ship it back to us for inspection, we cannot offer you credit and an exchange.
-Customers must fill out my Return/Exchange form within 5 days of receiving shoes to get an exchange on the merchandise

-If your shoes are accepted for exchange I will notify you with instructions on how to mail it back to us.
